Today I wanted to share this Christmas craft of golden stars for your windows or your Christmas trees. I made them together with my little (not so little anymore) brother, he’s 12 years old.
We used golden cardboard and tracing paper. According to the star pattern, we carefully cut out two stars. I imagine they could also look very nice as golden bells or dark green Christmas trees with golden stars on top.
Then, all we needed was a bit of tracing paper for the center of the star. I chose tracing paper with snowflakes but of course, you can choose whichever you like the most. I used adhesive tape for it, as the glue I had at home wouldn’t dry on the tracing paper.
Finally, we glued the star halves together and added a thread with the help of a needle. For the finishing touch and to make them even more christmassy, we used glitter pens to draw trees or stars in the center.
Be careful not to hang the paper stars too close to the candles!
