With Christmas around the corner, I thought it would be nice to send out some special Christmas cards, so I took the butterfly feet article as an inspiration and thought of things I could paint related to winter time and Christmas.

I used brown paint to turn the foot prints into little Rudolphs. All I needed to add were some outlines, eyes and a red nose.

Here’s the finished result.

And, another version in darker brown.

You could also turn the foot prints into golden bells, penguins or Christmas trees. Get creative!
I’m sure family and friends will love these special Christmas greetings!
