Pirate Party Games For Kids

On a pirate party for kids funny games may not be missing. We want our little wild pirates to have a lot of fun and enjoy their day. Therefore, it is suitable to offer interesting and adveturous entertainment to make the kids happy :-).

Treasure Hunt

For kids a treasure hunt is the absolute highlight on a pirate birthday party. Just get some treasures, like chocolate coins, funny pirate stickers, clip earrings and gems. Put them into a treasure box and hide it somewhere in your house, garden or backyard.

Now create a suitable treasure map that brings the kids step by step closer to the hidden treasure. In order to achieve their goal, they have to solve smaller tasks in stages.

Once the kids have found the coveted treasure, they can divide the small gifts up among themselves and take them home later.

Pass The Pirate’s Parrot

All you will need for this funny pirate game is a stuffed parrot and some pirate music. The kids stand in a circle and pass the pirate’s parrot around while the music is playing. When you stop the music the child with the parrot in its hands is eliminated from the game.  The winner is the kid that is left and hasn’t held the parrot.

Find The Crocodile

This game is easy to prepare and makes a lot of fun. All you need is a ticking kitchen timer and a stuffed crocodile.

One child is Captain Hook and is sent out of the room. Set the kitchen timer for two minutes and tie it to the crocodile. The other players hide it somewhere in the house or garden. Bring Captain Hook back. He now has to find the crocodile before the timer goes off.

If the kid succeeds it wins a little price or gets another reward. If the timer goes off first, Captain Hook is “eaten by the crocodile” and out of the game. Make sure that every child is allowed to search once.

After this amazing pirate party our little pirates will go home happy and satisfied. Don’t forget to give them their gifts from the treasure hunt :-).
