The practice of bed-sharing or co-sleeping is a hot topic nowadays. Supporters of co-sleeping believe that a parent's bed is just where a baby belongs and that it helps the baby fall asleep more easily while also being convenient for breastfeeding. But others worry that bed-sharing is unsafe because several medical groups warn parents of the risk of suffocating their baby during the night.
